PAR: add risk?

Can we add a category to PAR that includes “stuff I’ve tried” digital/ technological (akin to new teaching methods–maybe augment teaching methods to include new digital/tech?

Revise RPT regulations and specs to reflect PROCESS and innovations in teaching–not 1/3 service/teaching/scholarship, but different

we signal what we value through this document. Can it become relevant to what we value instead of default? Can we design this to reflect what we want at ASC?

Structural changes: what might they be? Ramifications, changing mid stream? Are we changing the “value” for those who’ve already earned? Is different necessarily better/worse? If this is complicated, is that a reason not to change it?

Can established tenured faculty write this according to what is now?
