Can it become relevant to what we value instead of default? Can we design this to reflect what we want at ASC?<\/p>\n<p>Structural changes: what might they be? Ramifications, changing mid stream? Are we changing the &#8220;value&#8221; for those who&#8217;ve already earned? Is different necessarily better\/worse?
